Weekend Office Negotiator

Alan Cooke Estate Agents, North Leeds' longest established estate and rental agent, is looking for a weekend negotiator to look after our Moortown office enquiries. All applicants must be well-presented, enthusiastic and be friendly and welcoming to customers. Applicants must be competent using computers.

Job Role & Duties:

Taking phone and customer enquiries for our Residential Sales & Rentals departments
Arranging appointments for viewing and market appraisals
Getting feedback from viewing appointments and passing to clients
General office administration
Taking tenant maintenance requests

Hours are Saturday 9am - 4pm, Sunday 11am - 2pm.

Experience preferred but full training will be given.
